Dora Agnes West 78, Rout 1 died Friday Oct 1990 at Fort Scott, Hospital. She was born Sept. 9, 1912 at Eve, MO. The daughter of Samuel and Janie {Fields} Moore. She first married Robert Holt. He preceded her in death. She later married Thaddues West. He did in 1966. Mrs, West worked for 17 years at Aaron's Produce and for 10 years as a nurse aide at Mercy Hospital. She was a member of the first Christian Church, Eagles Auxiliary, Royal Neighbors of America and Woman's Relief Corps. Survivors include a daughter Stella Wehar, Rout 1 of Fort Scott: son Clark "Red" Holt of Canon City, Colo., Two Stepdaughters Juanita Monroe of Fort Scott and Mildred Bowen, of Denver, Colo., a sister Edith Culp Fort Scott: 16 grandchildren 33 great grandchildren. : and several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Service will be at 2:p.m. Tuesday at Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel. Memorial may be mad to the American Diabetes Foundation.
