—If you see someone I have created a memorial for doesn't have burial details, it is only because those details are currently a brick wall but still actively being worked on. It does not mean that these people do not exist, that I have a bunch of misinformation about them, or that another memorial for them exists elsewhere on the site. Any information you may have or find about the final location of these relatives is greatly appreciated, but please don't create a new memorial for them.

**** The amount of memorial managers on here who break the rules despite preaching these same rules in their bios or private messages is astounding:
— Stop creating pre-need memorials. It is against the rules, and I will catch you in the lies you tell about doing research on that person. I will report you to Find A Grave.
— If a family member for a memorial requests a transfer within guidelines, transfer the memorial. To not do so, unless you are also a relative within guidelines, is against the rules. You don't need to manage thousands of memorials for people not related to you.
— Please use the search bar to look up the people you are making memorials for before you make them. I am finding too many duplicate memorials on this site. One infant does not need 3 memorials made for her. I found all three memorials easily just by typing in her name and the state she's buried in. If you had used the search tool beforehand, you would have found the original memorial easily too. The fact this issue is occurring with a contributor who assumed I had made a duplicate memorial for someone, and gave me grief about it, is absolutely laughable. And insane.
— Do not send condescending messages to other contributors with a high and mightly attitude when you didn't do a lick of research about what you are saying.
— Do not send threatening messages to other contributors saying "all those who are burial details unknown will be lost to you if someone else places them in the correct cemetery" when you have countless burial details unknowns that you have created, including for your own immediate relatives and complete strangers. Work on your own burial details unknown memorials first before berating others for having a few of them. I do not have patience nor respect for these types of people.
— I can always tell who is and isn't active on this site. Don't send me messages about one of my relative's memorials regarding some assumed mistake you think I've made while completely ignoring every single edit suggestion I have sent for my other relatives' memorials. I shouldn't have to wait 21 days for Find A Grave to do it for you. Do your job as the memorial manager, or transfer the memorials to me if you can't be bothered.
— DO NOT STALK THE WORK OF OTHER CONTRIBUTORS ON THIS SITE JUST TO CREATE THE MEMORIALS FOR THAT PERSON'S FAMILY. Saying "I was only trying to help and was going to transfer them to you" (after sending a zero fact based condescending message to which you were quickly corrected about) when you clearly had no intention of transferring them after weeks of no response but very active making memorials for those relatives using info left in bios and causing a problem enough for it to be taken directly to Find A Grace is super messed up. Don't claim you are here to share research if you aren't going to share research but would rather steal the work of others to create their family's memorials and ignoring the relative whose work you are stealing in the process.
— Death certificates, GPS coordinates, etc are acceptable things to add to Find A Grave according to their rules. To not add GPS coordinates simply because you claim "too many times the coordinates on a memorial are wrong" is ridiculous. You obviously didn't visit the grave and have no plans to as the memorial was created without a photo and with the bare minimum of info. If I say my family member's grave is where I say it is after taking the time to locate their plot and photograph it, just trust that I did the work to make sure it's correct. I don't half ass anything on this site nor ancestry and neither should you.
