JAKE [JACOB] McCUTCHEN FAMILY MEMORIALS: Memorials will Include all children he sired and other family members Memorials [Scott's and McClary's]. The memorials will be updated as facts are validated. Last Update: 03/2024
—————————
= I am the Granddaughter of Jake [Jacob] McCutchen [1885/1886] and wife Roseanna [Rosanna, 1898]; both born in Williamsburg County South Carolina.

** I became a member on Find-A-Grave, after finding my mother's memorial and realizing that the owner of the memorial, was not family. I followed the process and contacted the owner and they transferred my mother's memorial, along with her husbands to me. *** I decided to do further research, for my mother's siblings (the children of Jake McCutchen) and see if those memorials were established. I found several to date.

JAKE [JACOB] McCUTCHEN CHILDREN MEMORIALS:
** I decided to, establish the memorials for all of Jake McCutchen's Children. The goal is to have one place, where any of Jake's "Direct Descendants" can go and find death information (location) for the children he sired, which will include a Virtual Cemetery. *** Direct Descendant: A direct descendent is someone who can trace their lineage by "child" relationships all the way back to the desired ancestor. A blood relative in the direct line.

** My mother kept good records and information related to her family. My Uncle Horace and Rollin provided information, before their deaths. My siblings were raised by Uncle Rollin. During the early years of my life, I visited South Carolina often, to see family and pay respect to family members buried at the Old Bethel Church Cemetery, which includes my brother Jake [Jacob]. I also visited family in other SC localities. *** I am honored to have met, and known many of my mother's siblings. *** I am performing extensive research, to validate the birth and death information for all Jake McCutchen's children. Family knows as of 2012, all of Jake' s Children are deceased, ending with his last child in 2012.

VIRTUAL CEMETERY:
** The cemetery will include Jake McCutchen, his spouses (Fannie and Rosana) and their Children (17/18 Assumed) and other family members [His Parents and Spouse's Parents (Scott's and McClary's)

JAKES's CHILDREN SPOUSE RECORDS:
** I donot plan to create the spouse records for Jakes Children. It is my hope that a direct descendant(s) will create those records and link them. PLEASE create the spouse/partner memorial record, add any children records, then link the Memorial ID of Jake's Child, using the "Suggested Edits". *** I have found several spouse and children's memorials not owned by family. I submitted "Suggested Edits" to the owner to link them, to their parent(s), however I did not requests ownership of the Memorial(s).

God Bless All Descendants of Jake McCutchen.
** I hope this information will be beneficial to all descendants, who may not have access to other ancestry services or official government records. All official records added to memorials, are available from the public domain.

If you have/identify information that will improve any of the memorials, PLEASE message me.
