Bio

Started my family genealogy research 2.5 years ago. Was a member of To Find a Grave. Do not know what happened to it. I had to go thru the signing. up again. Anyway, in researching I like to leave a flower or something on some of the people I have found who have nothing left there. My grandparents, paternal, immigrated from Sweden; maternal grandparents are difficult as there is German, Polish, Lithuanian and Russian there. Having a difficult time with that side. My father's side of the family had many immigrate to the United States and I find, totally by accident sometimes a link to someone in my family. It is fun when I find that link to someone then it sends me on another search. Wish I could do the same on the maternal side. I am in the state of Michigan but have found relatives in Nebraska, Minnesota, Colorado, California, Australia.
Hoping I can run into some luck on the maternal side as I have with the paternal. ( I do not know how to put a profile photo on here; I have someone help me when I have a photo to put on Ancestry tree, etc. Hope this does not exclude me from the site. I was on here at one time and all of a sudden I was not).
