I create memorials so families can find and view their loved ones final resting places and to preserve the record and sites for the generations that will follow. I want all the memorials I create to go to the families, where they belong. I will never make it difficult for you and your family to ask for a transfer. If you are a family member, I will be happy to transfer any memorial to you. You may use the photographs in any dignified fashion and it will never be necessary to "give credit." I do this for you and your family. If you choose to give credit, thanks.

My families genealogical research includes the following families; Melcolm, Poole, Lane, Burney (McBurnie), Parker, Gillespie, Tate, Simpson, Jackson, Tompkins and Mizelle. If I inspire one person to become involved and interested in their families ancestry, then this work has succeeded. *It is appalling, what started as a wonderful way for families to connect with their ancestors, Find a Grave has turned into an ego trip for some contributors. There are contributors that have thousands of memorials that will never be looked again by them, and they make it difficult for a transfer to the rightful family member or won't do them at all. For those of us who do this for the families and abide by the rules of FG, I applaud you for your work. Let us hope there are more of us than them.
