Hello, my name is Jim Cottrell and I'm the son of James Angus Cottrell Jr.

Both James Angus Cottrell and Roberta Estelle Cottrell ( Allen ) were my biological grandparents.

Roberta Estelle ("Bertie") was a good and proper woman, God loving, a good mother and a loyal wife.

She had tremendous strength and discipline.

An Eastern Star....

James Angus Cottrell was a good stern man that liked to help others.

A man of great character bestowed the highest honour, 33° degree Master Mason of The Scottish Rite.

But what distinguished them both the most, was their desire to help those in need and their humility.

I have uploaded a picture of them for all to enjoy.

And I would like to express that all friends , descendants or brethren of the Cottrell and Allen family are always welcome..
