After retirement from my job as Lab Supervisor with the Alabama Department of Transportation I began to look for ways to spend my time. I hunted and fished for a couple years but health issues made this difficult so I began searching for a new hobby. One day I ran across the Find A Grave web site and it gave me an idea. I could use my interest in photography to help people find grave photos of their ancestors.
I am limited on being able to travel so I am only visiting cemeteries within about 30 miles of Troy Alabama. This is strictly a hobby for me so anyone is welcome to copy and use any of my photos from this website. Except for family and friends I get all my information off of the tombstone. As we all know there could be errors on the gravestone. If I make a mistake on the description I am open to suggestions on correcting it. If you see a memorial of a relative I will be glad to transfer it to you.
