I have been searching through cemetery's for over 25 years, in many parts of the US and UK, all in the shadow of my older sister. I am the one who dove into pricker bushes and came out covered in ticks, dug out dirt around sunken stones with my hands to read anything I could on stones, and I have even chased horses out that jumped the stone wall of a cemetery. I loved every bit of it and will continue on in the discovery of my ancestry. With the help of my sister, I am now researching my husbands side of the family and all the memorials I have are a direct part of his and my children's ancestry.
