My interest in ancestry lead me to Find-A-Grave in an attempt to locate family members. My search has been both satisfying and frustrating in that the lineages of my parents' families are difficult to trace as they arrived from Eastern European countries in the early 1900s. The story is completely different with my husband's family that has roots leading back to the 1500s in Western Europe.
