Bio

I began doing research on my family tree back in 1981. I have written many articles on various ancestors, and had a hand in writing and editing a few books including Heritage Books. I love visiting old cemeteries, because they have a lot of character with the old headstones!

I do research ALL my female ancestors too! Think about it other than your own dad or your step-dad (if you have one) ALL other lines began with female ancestors before getting to their fathers. Some of my most interesting ancestors are the Ladies too! Mary M. Blackwelder Cagle was married three times and out lived them all.

Remembering my ancestors is very important to me, because in this way their life was worthy and their memories will last forever!
