Bio

I have always enjoyed listening to my grandparents tell stories about the family and their ancestors. I started writing down the stories that my grandparents and their sibling told me in my twenties. I have six boxes of information that I am going though: Booker, Priddy, Fulkerson, Carby, Williams, and Cox. I have since added Grimes, Terry, Jeffries, Spencer, Hornback, Emberton and Yorkey. And many more. I attended Western Kentucky University, where study graveyard archaeology and spent a summer at Crump-Coats Graveyard and helped reset it. Sadly, stones had sunk into the ground. We unearth many headstone and reset them. Since I know where so many of my family members are buried, I started to record their headstones. I take care of many family members headstones and family Cemeteries. Everyone on my site is family, blood related or married into the family. If anyone has a picture of a headstones before the weather started to aged them, please contact me.

The photo above is of my three year old self with my father, Louie Cox in 1967.

Please, if you have edit information, send with a source. I have 300 out of 518 death certification. I am a big source documentations person.

I do not add death certificates, I feel that is personal information and is readily available free through many genealogy sites.

Update: I have been giving several family members memorial after a death and I am currently check sources and updating them.
