Bio

When I retired I started searching for my ancestors on Family Search. I found many I knew of and then some. Researching became something I enjoy. Through Family Search I learned of Find a Grave. As I searched for family members I found a lot of information posted on their pages. When my father died, I tried my hand at creating Memorials. As I live in Washington, and my sister in New Jersey, we have been collaborating on a small scale. She takes pictures of head stones and I add the information. I like to include the spouse, siblings and children if possible, and something about the person's life.
My sister and I grew up in the First Dutch Reformed Church of Pompton Plains in Pequannock Township, New Jersey. My long term goal is to document as many of the graves in our church's cemetery that aren't already entered. I welcome all comments, and if I post a family member of yours, let me know.
Also working on updating records for the Oysterville Cemetery Association in Oysterville, Pacific County, Washington, and reconciling them with those on Find a Grave.
