Born in Canton, Ohio, 20 March 1943. Graduated from Canton McKinley HS in 1961. Bob has been in Aircraft Maintenance, starting in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. After the Air Force he obtained his A&P certificate at Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and began his aviation maintenance career which has covered most areas in the aircraft maintenance field from corporate aviation mechanic, Part 147 maintenance instructor, 18 years at Eastern Airlines in Miami, FL starting as a mechanic and completing his Eastern Career as Managing Director of the Maintenance Training department. After Eastern Mr. Baxter began working in the MRO Industry and for the past 22 years has been working in the Aviation Labor/Staffing Industry working as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Baxter was an FAA Designated Maintenance Examiner for over 10 years and holds a pilot's license and currently retired in Port St. Lucie, FL.
