Hi! My name is Dawn. I live in the Savannah Georgia area. I am originally from Albany Georgia. I am married and I have two amazing kiddos. I worked in Corporate America for over 20 years and decided to become a stay-at-home Mom after having my last baby. I am also a professional photographer. I stumbled across the findagrave website after reading a post about it in one of my photography groups on Facebook. It peaked my interest in geneology and now it's one of my favorite hobbies. I find it very relaxing to walk a cemetery and document the graves. I feel like we all have a story and leave an impression in this life. I'm always excited to help document someone's story for future generations to read. I will admit that some people find this to be a strange hobby and I can never talk my friends into documenting a cemetery with me! I really want to say "hey lets grab some lunch, maybe a Starbs, and go document a cemetery together, " but I feel certain that they would give me the side-eye and just ask me to go to a local boutique instead.
