I'm from Schuylkill County Pennsylvania and mostly researching the ancestors and descendants of the Augustus N. & Caroline (Yeich)Brensinger family from emigration to present. Descendants of this family have meeting for a reunion for the last 50 years, enjoying each other's company and remembering the family. Numerous people have acted as the family historian for this group over the years, and I currently fill that role. Each year descendants of this family meet for a reunion in Auburn, PA and other Brensingers are always welcome.

I'm also quite interested in the Schuylkill County Almshouse and the associated Rest Haven Cemetery. My great grandfather Charles Brown used to be the farmer for the Almshouse and I remember my grandmother telling me stories of growing up on the farm and the people that lived there.
