Graduated from Michigan Center HS, MI (1959) and USMA at West Point, NY (1964). Served as US Armored Cavalry Officer (1964-1973) in Germany, Kentucky, Colorado, California, Republic of Vietnam (1968-69) and Thailand (1972-73). Retired mathematics and social studies teacher (1974-2003) from Michigan Center HS. Married to Helga (Schulz) Fracker (Berlin, GER). Four children: Theresa(Fracker) Pratt (SC), Sue Fracker (MA), Stan Fracker IV (MI) and Wes Fracker (FL).
