I was born Lucinda Ann Packard, in 1950, to Alvin T. Packard and Joyce Imogene Massey, in Davenport, Iowa. I legally changed my name to C. Packard Brysch in the early 1990's, keeping the name Packard so I would be easy to find. I am the younger sister of Charly Packard Miller and Norman Scott Packard and also the half-sister of Dennis Jerome Dall and Roger Evan Dall.
