Bio

My mother grew up in Cope, SC and thus the picture and user ID. Cope is a town that got lost in time.

My mother comes from the Etheridge and Joyner bloodlines. Charles Etheridge, my mother's grandfather on her father's side, came to this country from England in about 1873 and her great grandfather on her mother's side came from Blackville, SC. His name is John Marshall Joiner (Joyner).

On her father's side, I am related or connected to the Etheridge(Ethridge), Murphy, Myers, Zeigler, Hair & Gray families.

On her mother's side, I am related or connected to the Joiner(Joyner), Phillips, Blume, Hutto, Stevenson, Hughes, and Sandifer families.

Genealogy is a recent interest for me.
