If we share an ancestor (Boulogne, Maillioux, Rambin, Larance, Lynn, Chancellor, Garner, King, Diffee, Luper, Colvin, Henson or Flowers) feel doubly free to take it and add it to your Ancestry tree. It's really cool to have those Shared Ancestor DNA matches show photos.

Consider taking a DNA test. Paper trails and historical documents are useful, but using a double helix is just a bit better. If enough of a person's descendants take a test we can leave more of a record about them. We can help put together a DNA signature of them. A genetic identity that others can be compared. A birth certificate, a census record, a faded photo, a grave and a DNA sample. I just think it is important to consider.
