If you have non-private information to add to one of the memorials I manage, send it through the "Edit/Suggest A Correction Form." All information must be in the public domain and not copyrighted. Per F.A.G. policy, printed obituaries are copyrighted and can not be cut and pasted into a memorial. Also, names of surviving relatives and friends can not be included in a memorial biography without specific permission from each of the individuals named. Don't send in obituaries from websites or newspapers as those are copyrighted. The obits I include are from public sources or are re-written by me.

If you would like a memorial transferred to you, we go by the F.A.G. guidelines of four generations. Again, use the Edit/Suggest A Correction form to ask for this. Don't be disappointed if you don't receive the transfer but you can still ask and if you don't get it, you can still submit information to be added to memorials as long as it meets F.A.G. requirements and restrictions (read the FAQs a couple of times to learn what you can and can't do). Please do not ask for transfers on my personal message board.

When you look around Find A Grave you will see many memorials that ignore and blatantly violate the TOS of this site. I will not do this even if requested by family so please don't ask me to put living relatives' names in the memorial and please don't ask me to include an obit from a newspaper or website. I can and will include general information about a person if you send it through the Edit/Correction form.
