Polly was married to Hiram Fredrick & worked as a housekeeper in Martin Co, Ky. Her parents were Daniel Blackburn & Nancy Mayner. She died from "inanition exhaustion" and senile psychosis after having been a patient for 16 years. She was buried in the hospital cemetery on February 9th.
