I am doing research for my family tree. I am interested in the Stewart, Pitman, Sparks, Burleson, Buchanan, Gouge, Howell side of my family from Mitchell County NC, and the Wilson, Spake, Buff, Cook, Carswell side from the Burke County NC and surrounding areas. My husband is also doing his family tree, and therefore we are in graveyards from Montgomery County NC to the Tennessee border. If I can help anyone in any way, feel free to ask!!! We are mostly in Montgomery, Rowan, Iredell, Catawba, Cleveland, Burke, McDowell, Mitchell, Caldwell and occasionally Avery and Yancey counties.
