I retired in 2013, and now have the time to focus on my family genealogy project/s. I have uploaded my family tree database to Ancestry.com, and am now linking Find A Grave Memorials directly to each individual in my tree.

I am originally from Shelby County Missouri, raised in Milwaukee Wisconsin, and have lived in the Chicago Metro area for the last 30+ years. I have many hobbies, but find genealogy to be a very fulfilling activity. I hope to be able to hand off a reasonably complete family history to my children and/or grandchildren a few years down the road.

The core of my research is Todd and Willey in Shelby County, but includes my wife's family. I am currently at over 31,000 individuals, but it grows each week. I thoroughly enjoy the hobby and plan to continue for many years to come.
