I am a 57yr old female widow. I have 5 children, 3 sons and 2 daughters. I live in Fredericksburg, VA. My father's family is decended from Samuel Winter's son, John J Winter who married Mary Drenning. Their son, Thomas Winter, who married Virginia Dean, were my father's parents along with my father, Robert Winter, is buried at Duval's Cemetery.
I am doing a geneology of this family tree and would appreciate any information that traces Samuel to either England or Germany.
