I have traveled to several of the foreign
countries, and almost all of the US.

I retired from Eastman Chemical Company in
1997 after a career of more than 31 years. I
worked in Plant Maintenance, Training Dept.,
and with Spare Parts Management.

Love the outdoors, church, and the many
friends and neighbors we associate with.

I along with my wife Ruby Ratliff Dishner belong
to the Civitan Evening Club in Kingsport, and
have worked on several projects that benifit
the Mentally and Physically challenged
people in our area for more than 20 years.
