I was born in Corpus Christi at Memorial Hospital
on Dec. 3, 1956.
My great father was Owen Granville Burnett
My grandfather was Charlie Owen Burnett Sr
My father was Charlie Owen Burnett Jr
My mother was Esta "Sue" Ruth (Fleming) Burnett
I have a younger sister and two younger brothers: Patricia Dane Burnett, Richard Fleming Burnett and Robert Gregory Burnett.
My mother remarried a few years after my father's death in 1962 and goes by Sue Cross. Her Husband is D. Wayne Cross.

I lived on Eldon St in Corpus Christi for the first 4-5 years of my life. At around 4-5 years of age my mother moved us all in with my grandmother at 138 Blevins in Corpus Christi. Our phone number was TU2-9181.
My mother was an X-ray technician and eventually bought a house at 1237 Cambridge. After my mom married Wayne Cross; they bought a house and moved to 4429 Sutton Ln.
I left home to explore the world and attend school when I was 18.
I attended the following schools in Corpus Christi:
Sam Houston Elementary School
Baker Jr High
Tom Browne Jr High (9th grade)
Carroll High School
I also attended both campuses of Del Mar College.
I have six children:
