Even as a young girl, I was interested in family history. All old photos I found in the family albums, drawers, suitcases, boxes, etc, I would ask my parents, grandparents, great grandmother, & sometimes great aunts & uncles to identify the names of those pictured, dates, & places. I would write all the info on the back of each photo. Old letters, I would collect & transcribe until scanners were available, then I scanned them.

I am a master naturalist in the North Texas chapter, volunteering at the Texas Discovery Garden, & various parks, as well as volunteering with the Southwest Celtic Music Assoc, North Texas Irish Festival, Oak Cliff Earth Day, & Heritage Oak Cliff.

Love to paint, read, travel, our travel trailer, genealogy, champagne, salmon, sushi, Thai, Indian, & Mexican food, working in my garden...& best of all, I love my family & my friends.
