Bio
I have recently started gung-ho on getting my family history together. Findagrave.com is a life saver. I have found numerous relatives thanks to those who have taken the time to visit the cemeteries and upload information and photos.
I live in Western Kentucky where the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers met. (Yes, we have LOTS of flooding yearly.)
I have taken an interest in visiting cemeteries and searching for kinfolk as well as preserving their tombstones. I am a board member on the Ballard County Cemetery Board, who's main objective is to preserve and restore tombstones on those gone before us. After all, they tell a story to those of us who are searching for our ancestry.
My surname interests are Boulton/Bolton, Hobbs from Smith and Wilson Counties, and Dunn, Batts, and Randolph, from Robertson County,Tennessee, and Knight from Central Kentucky.
