I am a lover of history and the writings of authors as Mark Twain and Bret Harte. I even waded through the Federalist Papers once. Branches of my family predate the Revolutionary War in the U. S. My G-grandfather fought for the Union in the Civil War and survived Andersonville Prison. I am also a descendant of citizens of the Republic of Texas and had an uncle that died at the Alamo. I had family that wild-catted in East Texas and helped cut down some of the Big Thicket. I use to volunteer at Pond Springs Cemetery in Jollyville, Williamson County Texas. At this time I am dealing with Multiple Myeloma a Blood Cancer.
