Bio

I love geneaolgy and have been researching since the 1960's,I never felt like it was good enough just to be here in the twentieth century without some knowledge of my fore fathers struggle to arrive in America.
I do not lay claim to famous ancestors, only to hard working individuals who survived the struggle to help build a new American frontier.it has been a pleasant journey, one that I have traveled vicariously along the way.
I was borned on a farm in West ,Texas to Harold Andrew and Louise Miller Amburn, one of six children,my parents moved to Northern California in 1940,I lived there until retirement in 1992,I now live in Marble Hill,Missouri with my husband Charles.
Since retirement I have alot of time to continue my geaneology, its always a pleasure to find a new piece of the puzzle.
