Bio
I have lived all my life in Indiana with the exception of a few short stays in Maryland, Colorado, and California. Indiana will always be home to me.
My mother, Margaret Patsy Moore Carr, got me started doing genealogy in 1995. I have to admit, I wasn't excited about the idea of researching dead people. But after our first day out, I was hooked. Mom was called home in 2006, I really miss our genealogy trips. We traveled to many cities in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana together. She had a wonderful zest for life that made these trips so special. My father, Roland Frances Carr, was always eager to hear the tales of our genealogy finds. He was a big help with the many stories he told me as I was going up. Dad was called home in 2004. I miss them more than words can say.
I am researching all branches of our tree.
Paternal side: Carr, Flynn, Latchaw, Burkett, Overmyer, Von Auw, Ludwig, Fromman, Bitters, and Bower.
Maternal side: Moore, Snider, Hattery, Hall, Hill, France, and Tidd.
I am also researching my husband's family: Morcombe, Martin, Duncan, Hartshorn, Hutchison, Snedden, Forgey and Ellis.
