I've been interested in my Crain (prior to the 1850's spelled Crane and still carried forward in some 'branches') family history for some time, able to spend some time with it now.
My particiular interest is in finding the parents of William P. Crain and a POSSIBLE brother John Crain (probably Crane).
William was born in Morris County, New Jersey in 1796, died in Ohio in 1882. I have much information on William P. Crain and his family.
I have no information on John Crane/Crain OR the parents of William P. and John.
