I live in Liberty County, Texas, have been searching for ancestors for several years, having taken up where my mother left off. We have chased ancestors all over the central part of the country for both of us. Found some immigrant ancestors acquainted in the 1600s in Virginia and we share ancestors from the 1750s. I was born in Indiana and he a Texan back several generations.

Will be glad to try to find anything in this area. We are near Houston and Galveston, I might be able to look there.

My husband and I have been married for nearly 50 years, have several cats and a dog; all indoors, so we don't get too far for too long. We have a son and daughter, 3 grandaughters and one grandson. I was a nurse and he was in air conditioning service. Our town has on 5100 population, with lots of folks out in the country.
