Greetings! I have been working on my family's genealogy since I was thirteen years old, but really got into it in earnest in 1990. I am a former genealogy librarian at the Allen County Public Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which houses the second largest genealogy collection in the world. Unfortunately, the housing market collapsed just as I started working there, and I regretfully returned home to near Indianapolis after spending an extraordinary year at ACPL with some of the most wonderful people I have ever met.

My father's family, the McCauleys, are from Raywick, Marion Co., KY, then back to St. Mary's Co., MD. I descend from Thomas Mattingly I FIVE different times, through both Cezar and Thomas II. I am also a Cissell twice. Other lines are Dant, Wathen, Blair, Bowling, Brown, Wimsatt, Riney, Moore, Hagan, and Simms.

My mother is a Singleton from Wolf Creek, Meade Co., KY. Other lines I work on from my mother's side are Frans, Riley, Chism, Baysinger, Greer, Sewell/Suell, Pennell, and Pennington.

I also work on my husband's genealogy, including Kraeszig, Kraesig, Holtman, Klapheke, Lieland, Eder, and Dietrich. He is 100% German!

I was a DAR member with several proven patriot ancestors from Maryland, and formerly a United Daughters of the Confederacy member on my mom's side.

I am very happy to add, update, etc., any memorials that I manage. Some are unrelated to me (my fellow veterinarians across the nation) whose obituaries are published regularly. I have started to add some of those, and will happily transfer them to relatives.
