I love Family History. I have been doing this for the last 15-20 years. I am interested in the surnames Steele, Rice, Davis, Petit(any varation), Delgudico, Howland, Bassett, Bellinger, Walrath, Fox, Fuchs, Staring(any variation), Pettingell(any variation), Nellis, Lingerfelter.

Most, if not all the memorials i am have done i am directly related to the person.

I have been on Findagrave.com a long time, although I don't have many added memorials, I seem to be bothered and yet puzzled at some of the volunteers who have 10's of thousands memorials and have been on here a lot less time than myself, it makes me wonder is there some type of race or contest for putting the most memorials online?(Sarcasm)
I guess I am bothered by the fact that it seems like that's all some people do is read the newspapers and add memorials which if that's what's happening it is WRONG. I have read some messages on people's wall where the family wasn't even asked, hence why 2 days after my son and mother's death I was forced to put theirs on here because if I had seen someone else had put it up I probably gone thru the roof.
