In the late 50's my late Aunt sat down with her father my grandfather and interviewed him for family information and stories. My grandfather homesteaded in South Dakota and was a coal miner in Southern Iowa. Much of my information came from her as over the years of writing letters to various states for information long before the internet. My main family interests are Bond, Van Blaricom, Waltz, Fitzgerald, Scott, Stickler, Boston and Trimble.
