Woodrow F. "Woody" Dolinger, 84, died Thursday, September 11, 1997, at Horizon Healthcare & Specialty Center in South Daytona.
He was born in Virginia and moved to Crescent City in 1971 coming from Fairfax. He was a carpenter and avid gardener.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Stella Mae Shumate Dolinger; daughters, Stella Urvina of Palatka, Della Atkins of Oakton, Va., Jeannie Dolinger of Crescent City, Joyce Cromwell of DeLand; brothers, Bob Dolinger of Pembroke, Va., Charlie Dolinger of Manassas, Va., Herman Dolinger of Fairfax, Va., Tracy Dolinger of N.C.; sister, Eula Greer of Marion, Va.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
