Downing, Marie E., age 87, went to be with the Lord, encircled in the arms of her loving family on Saturday, November 30, 2002. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Earl. She is survived by her sons Donald and wife Vickie, Walter and wife Beverly, Virgil and wife Carol, Daniel and wife Victoria; daughters Marilyn and husband Richard Haas, Carol and husband Kenny O'Cull, Mary and husband John Mahan; 29 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren . Private services were held Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home Kettering Chapel. Pastor Victoria Downing officiated. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Family request contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital
