Stella H. Bradley, 94, died Thursday at HCA Putnam Community Hospital following a long illness.
She was born in Jackson County, N.C., and had lived in Palatka since 1947, coming from Sylva, N.C. She was a retired sales clerk with Belk's Clothing Store. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Palatka where she had been active in the Fidelis Class. She also was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3349, American Legion Post 45 and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 56.
She is survived by her daughters, Virginia La Drew of Mississouga, Canada, Ethel Moses of Tuckasegee, N.C., Ponsella Buchanan of Palatka and Nettie Jean Wilburn of Chapel Hill, N.,C.; 20 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Palatka with Dr. Robert J. Mills officiating. Burial will be in Palatka Memorial Gardens.
