OTIE LEE SMITH BRAMMER, 83, St. Albans, died Fri., Nov. 5, 2004 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, after a long illness.

She was born April 20, 1921 in Tornado, daughter of the late Clarence and Lula Beckett Smith and was also preceded in death by: sisters, Catherine Smith, Anna Hanshaw; brothers, Bernard, Basil and Arnold Smith.

She was a Christian, member of Gateway Church of Christ, St. Albans.

Survivors: husband of 62 years, Elwood Brammer; sons, Ray Brammer, St. Albans, Kenneth Brammer, Lawton, Ok.; daughters, Kay Black and Mary Byrd, both of St. Albans; sisters, Ruth Templeton, Artie Fowler, both of St. Albans and Alpha Steinberg of NY; brothers, Frazier Smith, St. Albans, Max Smith, S. Charleston; 13 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren.

Service 2pm Mon., Nov. 8th at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans with Minister Gene White; burial in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
