Edward Ray Malmstrom passed away June 5, 2011. Ray was born July 31, 1934, to Orval and Laura May Taylor Malmstrom in Emmett, Idaho. He married Janet Gaileen Stewart on June 18, 1958. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple in December of 2006. He served honorably in the US Navy during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife Janet, sons: Edward Lynn (Monique) and Thomas Wade (Crystal), 7 grandkids and 8 great-grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law Rosa Lee Bosche, brother-in-law Brent Gaisford and 2 grandkids: Mitch and Nicole.
Graveside services will be held in the Orem City Cemetery Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 11:00 am. A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street, Orem. Military rites provided by American Legion Post #72.
