Kentucky deaths
Alma F. Kessen, 88,of Villa Hills, died at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday at Madonna Manor Nursing Home in Villa Hills. She retired after 40 years as an accounting clerk for Cincinnati Gas and electric Co. She was a member of CG&E Retirement Group and the Ladies Society at Blessed Sacrament Church in Ft. Mitchell. She volunteered as a Pink Lady at St. Elizabeth Medical Center North. She also was a volunteer at a soup kitchen in Covington and Madonna Manor.
Survivors include three nieces and four nephews.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Church, Ft. Mitchell. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hugenberg-Lannemann Funeral Home, Covington. Burial will be in Mother of God Cemetery, Ft. Wright. Memorials are suggested to Blessed Sacrament 2000, 2415 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, 4101.
