Sue Carol Parker Brown FLORENCE - Funeral services for Mrs. Sue Carol Parker Brown will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Warriors Camp Deliverance Tabernacle, 128 Cromwell Street, Florence. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery. She died on Thursday, January 5, 2012 in a local hospital after illness. Sue Carol, daughter of Jannie Mae Kerson and the late Weldon Parker, was born August 8, 1956 in Florence County. She was educated in the public schools of Florence County. She was employed as a supervisor at Bethea Baptist Retirement Community. Sue Carol attended Warriors Camp Deliverance Tabernacle faithfully. Survivors besides her mother are: her husband, Joseph "Buster" Brown of Pamplico, SC; two daughters, Tara Parker of Pam-plico, SC and Jannie (Steve) Brown of Darlington, SC; three sons, Caleb Parker of Florence, SC; Buster Anthony (Monica) Brown of Johnsonville, SC and Kelley (Nicola) Brown of Darlington, SC; step-daughters, Lawanda (William) Davis of Pamplico, SC and Maria Oliver of Timmonsville, SC; step-sons, Eric (Deanna) McCormick of Darlington, SC, and Antonio (Alisha) McCormick of Hampton, VA; 24 grandchildren; brothers, Ronnie Parker of New Haven, CT; Tony Parker of Pamplico, SC; Leon and Phillip Shaw of Florence, SC; sisters, Pearlie Mae Mack of Middleton, CT; Tosha and Jannie Shaw of Florence, SC; a very very special friend and companion, Levern McCormick of the home; adoptive daughter, Elaine Anderson of Darlington, SC; four sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; five best friends; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
