CALDWELL — Services for Laura A. Roblyer, 66, of 2000 College, Apt. No. 2, Caldwell, who died Thursday in a Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Flahiff Chapel, Caldwell, by the Rev. Merle Burris, retired Methodist minister, Caldwell. Interment will be in Canyon Hill Cemetery.
She was born April 14, 1910, in Greenleaf, Kan., where she was reared and educated. She entered nurse's training in 1928 in Concordia, Kan. She married Lyman L. Cavin in June, 1929, in Mankato, Kan. The couple lived in Superior. Neb., moved to Nampa in 1941, and to Riveria, Calif., in 1948. They returned to Idaho in 1951.
She married J. H. Roblyer in June, 1951, in Caldwell. He died in 1970 in Caldwell. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Kansas and a past president of the Licensed Practical Nurses Association, Caldwell.
Surviving are two sons, Edward, Crystal Lake, Ill., and Lyman Caving Canoga Park, Calif.; a stepson, Don, Caldwell; a daughter, Lora Schwartz, Caldwell; a stepdaughter, Yvonne Judd, Caldwell; her mother, Pearl Williams, Caldwell; a sister, Gladyce McDaniel, Caldwell; 16 grandchildren; three step grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and six step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, a brother, a sister and a step grandson. Friends may call at the chapel today from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Monday until 8 p.m.
