Innis H Clore
Innis H Clore, 93, of Fredericksburg died Friday, August 22, at Mary Washington Hospital. He was the oldest member of the Carpenter's Union Local No. 132 of Washington. During his younger years, he was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Survivors include four daughters, Dorothy C. Davis of Lake Ridge, Ruth C, Vanier of Marion, SC, Virginia C. Estes of Fredericksburg and Barbara C. Gardner of Richardsville. A brother Floyd N. Clore of Spotsylvania County. 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at noon Monday at Eley's Ford Baptist Church in Spotsylvania, with the Reverend Robert Sizemore officiating. Pallbearers will be grandchildren and other family members.
Burial will follow in the Clore Family cemetery in Spotsylvania. The family will receive friends tomorrow from 7 to 8:30 PM at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. The family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad or a charity of your choice. Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
