Jessica Sue Adkins, 21, of Sharples, W.Va., died Oct. 29, 2004, at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Crisp Adkins; and her grandmother, Thelma Adkins.
Jessica was a member of Monclo Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her father and stepmother, Leonard and Kathy Adkins of Kelly, W.Va.; brother, Leonard T. “Tommy” of Six Mile; stepsister, Porsche Bias of Kelly, W.Va.; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Elcene Crisp of Six Mile; paternal grandfather, Oren “Chubby” Adkins of Peytona, W.Va.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, W.Va.
