Kathie graduated from Seymour High School. She was a homemaker. Kathie enjoyed playing Crossword and Sudoku puzzles. She also loved her grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband; James Henry Wyant, Kokomo, six children and spouses; Danny and Tami Wyant, Windfall, Angela Hester, Kokomo, Paul Edward and Robin Wyant, Lafayette, Donald Nathan Wyant, Kokomo, Pam and Matt Snyder, Lafayette, Henry James and Jeni Wyant, Kokomo, fourteen grandchildren; Kyle, Zach, Aaron Wyant, Brittney, Taylor Johnson, Maddison, Mallory Wyant, Nathan Wyant, Kirsten, Kate, Konner Lester, Ashton, Alexendria, Acelin Wyant, three great-grandchildren; Bryce, Kaden, and Aaleigha. Also surviving is a sister; Carol Burke, Ohio, four brothers and sisters-in-law; Martin and Edna Pfoutz, Seymour, Stewart and Vivian Pfoutz, Indianapolis, Russell Pfoutz, Indianapolis, Bradley Pfoutz, Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street, 3400 South Webster Street with Reverend Randy Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 1-3 PM Wednesday at the mortuary.
