Survivors are his wife, Alda; son, Donald Bolick of Fredericksburg, Va.; daughter, Mrs. Susan Reese; brothers, James Bolick of Drexel, Ervin Bolick, Glenn Bolick; sisters, Mrs. Violet Burch of Granite Falls, Mrs. Mabel Loveland of Hildebran, Mrs. Lois Pitts.
