Kristin L. Simmons, 45, Kokomo, passed away at 7:40 AM, September 14, 2012 at her residence. She was born on September 11, 1967 in Muncie, Indiana, to the late Ronald Warner, and surviving Rebecca (Warner) Lord. On July 29, 2011 in Kokomo, she married David Simmons. David survives.
Kristin attended Kokomo High School. She then worked for Bona Vista as a social worker. Kristen was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, her pets, and her friends. She will be greatly missed.
Surviving is her husband; David, her daughter; Kyleann Warner, mother: Rebecca Lord, Kokomo, step mother; Roseann Warner, Arizona, four sisters; Lori Rhinebarger, Kokomo, Cheryl Warner, Texas, Janece Davis, Arizona, Annette Yover, Arizona, and one nephew, Seth Rhinebarger

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, with Pastor Paul Sutherland officiating.
