Wanda Lee Waters, aged 63, of Jasper, died July 4,1988 at North Arkansas Medical Center.
She was born June 1, 1925 at Mt.Judea a daughter of Zelmer Holt and Angie Duck Holt.
She was a lifetime resident of Newton County and a nurse at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. Survivors include her husband, William T. Waters, of Jasper; Jerry Len Waters, of Jasper, Richard Dwight Waters, of Jasper; and one daughter, Betty Ann Harrison, of Jasper; two brothers, William Lowell Holt, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Zelmer Holt, Jr. of Harrison; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
Services were Wednesday, July 6, 1988 at the Assembly of God Church in Jasper with the Reverand Ross Green officiating. Burial was in Jasper Cemetery under the direction of Christeson Funeral Home of Harrison and Jasper.
Pallbearers included Gerald James, Jimmy Wade Keys, Wayne Hughes, Buddy Davis, Jery Brasel, Coy Brasel.
